How often should I book?
Most clients love coming in every 4–8 weeks, depending on your goals and how fresh you like to look. If you’re unsure, I can help you plan the perfect schedule for you—just ask!
Can I bring my baby or toddler to my appointment?
To keep the studio calm, focused, and safe for everyone, I don’t allow little ones in the salon. I totally get that arranging childcare can be tricky, but this is your time to relax and recharge (and it helps me give you my full attention, too!). If you have any questions about this policy, just reach out.
I’ve never had a brow lamination / lash lift / skin treatment—will you guide me?
Of course! I’ll walk you through every step, explain what to expect, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after your treatment. You’ll never be left guessing.
Is your lash colour safe for lash extensions?
Yes! My lash colour treatment is gentle and safe for most lash extensions. If you have any concerns or a specific brand of extensions, just let me know and I’ll make sure everything is tailored for you.
Do I have to choose a bundle, or can I book treatments individually?
Bundles are a great way to save time and money, but you’re always welcome to book any treatment on its own—as long as it’s not listed as an add-on service. Mix and match to suit your vibe!
