1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within Australia. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us at thegoldstandardbeautyparlour@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping options.
2. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $299 AUD qualify for free shipping.
- Calculated Shipping: For orders under $299, shipping rates are calculated via Sendle based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Maximum Shipping Fee: Shipping fees for orders under $299 will not exceed $15 AUD.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- Metropolitan Areas: 3-7 business days.
- Regional Areas: 5-10 business days.
- Remote Locations: 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor the status of your delivery through the Sendle tracking portal.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost:

- We will work with Sendle to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage or error.
- We will resolve the issue by replacing the item or offering a refund.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
