How can I order skincare online?
You can shop a curated selection of professional-grade skincare via the Shop Products tab.

Where do you ship to?
I currently ship Australia-wide via tracked delivery. All shipping times and fees are displayed at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days — unless I’m away.
If I'm on leave, this will be clearly noted across the website and during checkout. Orders placed during this time will be shipped once I return.
Can I buy a gift voucher online?
Absolutely! Gift vouchers are available in just a few clicks. Choose an amount, write a custom message, and email it instantly, or print it for a beautiful physical gift.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used skincare, lash, or brow products.
If you’re unsure about a product, please reach out before purchasing so I can guide you.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there’s been a mistake, please email me at contact@tgsbeautyandskin.com.au within 7 days of receiving it.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
As a small business, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind, including during periods of delayed shipping while I’m away. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Gift Vouchers
Can I purchase a gift voucher online?
Yes — gift vouchers can be purchased directly via the Buy Gift Voucher tab and are delivered via email.
They can be used toward treatments or products, both in-person and online.
How do I use a gift voucher at checkout?
Enter your unique voucher code during checkout to apply it to your total. If the voucher doesn’t cover the full amount, you’ll be prompted to pay the balance.
Can I check my balance or re-send a voucher?
Yes — if you've lost your email or need help with a voucher, just text or email me and I’ll happily resend or check the balance for you.
Can I book a treatment for someone else using a voucher?
Yes! Just have their name and contact details handy when booking, and apply the gift voucher during checkout.
