How do I book an appointment?
All bookings are made online via my secure Timely system.
Click Book Now, select your service, and follow the prompts to secure your spot.
What are your opening hours?
Appointments are by online booking only during the following hours:
- Tue: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Wed: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Fri: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Sat: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Bookings are essential.
No walk-ins accepted.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred time (especially Wednesdays and Saturdays), I recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance.
If your ideal time isn’t available, don’t stress — join the waitlist. Spots often open up last-minute due to reschedules.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can manage your appointment at any time via:
- The confirmation email or SMS you received
- Your Timely account login
Please allow at least 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling to avoid losing your deposit.
What if I cancel late or don’t show up?
Late cancellations (within 72 hours) or no-shows may result in:
- Deposit forfeiture
- Or a cancellation fee
This protects appointment times and ensures fairness for all clients on the waitlist.
Can I book online with a gift voucher?
Yes! Simply enter your gift voucher code during online checkout and it will automatically apply to your booking.
How do I check my upcoming appointments?
You can view or manage your appointments via:
- Your confirmation email or SMS
- Or by logging into your TGS Timely account:

Do I need to confirm my appointment?
Yes, your appointment is pencilled in at the time of booking, and will only be finalised once confirmed.
Here’s how the confirmation flow works:
- At booking – Your appointment is pencilled in.
- 7 days before – You’ll receive an email reminder with details.
- 5 days before – You’ll get an SMS asking for confirmation.
- Once confirmed – Your time is locked in.
